No. Direct Primary Care is not health insurance and does not replace it. Most members continue to carry insurance for specialist visits, hospitalizations, emergency care, and other services outside the scope of primary care. DPC is designed to complement your existing coverage.Can I still see specialists?
Yes. FORD NY can provide referrals and coordinate care with specialists and other providers. Specialist visits are separate from your membership and are not included in the FORD NY membership fee.How quickly can I get an appointment?
